This event provides a unique opportunity for youth and college students to explore social justice issues and speak directly with a leader actively engaged in the Civil Rights Movement. Clara Jean Ester, a junior at Lemoyne College when the sanitation workers began their strike, was a community organizer during the 1960s.  She was present at the Lorrain Motel on April 4th and was one of the witnesses on the Balcony immediately after the assassination.
